GENERAL INFO
Tech rehearsals are a blackout period. Everyone must attend. They begin April 12th (Please consider performers will need to attend on that date, when planning spring break trips).
Tech rehearsals are long rehearsals, so be prepared for full-day participation and late nights, sometimes extending to 10PM weeknights.
Students who miss tech rehearsals, or too many regular rehearsals, will be removed from the production. Fees are non-refundable.
A production fee of $150 due November 15th applies in addition to tuition.
Performers provide their own undergarments, dance shoes, makeup, and wigs as applicable.
Special Note (Change from image below) - Due to the Tech rehearsals and performances for The Secret Garden, both Tuesday and Thursday Guys and Dolls Rehearsal Groups, will meet on Tuesdays only, September 2nd-18th. We will split into the Tuesday/Thursday groups starting the week of September 22nd. -Thanks!
This is a year-round training program. Training classes continue after Guys and Dolls ends, and all participants are automatically transitioned into a summer schedule with evening classes and/or the summer TNT Musical Theatre Intensive.

We will communicate the majority of our information via the Group Me App, with longer information sent out in emails. Please make sure to have actors and guardians join the app using this link or QR CODE:

Rehearsal Track Access Instructions-----
IPAD-MAC-IPHONE---
The MTI Player Application from the Apple Store:
1. Download the MTI Player Application from the App Store
2. Open the application and enter the Rehearsal Track Code GUY3671841 in the password line, leaving the username blank. Click Login.
3. Tap on "Shows" and then your show’s title to download and then play the rehearsal music on your device.
4. Once the tracks are downloaded, you will no longer need a WIFI connection to play the tracks. We recommend putting your device in airplane mode while in rehearsals to limit interference.
ANDROID---
The MTI Player from Google Play (Rehearsal Tracks Only):
1. Download the MTI Player Application from the Google Play Store
2. Open the app and enter the rehearsal code GUY3671841 in the Rehearsal Code box. Click Login.
3. Click on "Downloads" to download the rehearsal music to your device.
4. Once all tracks are downloaded, return to the main menu and tap “Shows” and then your show’s title to play the tracks.
5. Once the tracks are downloaded, you will no longer need a WIFI connection to play the tracks. We recommend putting your device in airplane mode while in rehearsals to limit interference.
Note: The Android Application is only available for Rehearsal Tracks.
COMPUTER-
The MTI Player Streaming (Rehearsal Tracks Only):
1. In any web browser, navigate to player.mtishows.com/rehearsal
2. In the box labeled "Streaming Access" enter the rehearsal code in the rehearsal code box and click
“Stream Tracks”
Note: You will need a strong internet connection to stream the music from the website. Streaming is only available for Rehearsal Tracks.
FOR THOSE IN Mean Girls TOO- Do this…
To access multiple shows in the MTI Player app, log out of the app first. Don't log in with a rehearsal code, or you'll only get access to the show linked with that rehearsal code.
Create a personal/new account on the app. Please be sure to write down the username/password you create for your app login. Once logged in on the app, go over to the internet to player.mtishows.com/rehearsal. In the App Access section, type the personal username you created for logging in on the app, and then type in the rehearsal code for Mean Girls (MEA3671848). Click Add Code. Refresh this webpage, type your personal username in again, and then type in the rehearsal code for Guys and Dolls (GUY3671841). Click Add Code. Once you've done this, go back into the app on your device, go into the Show section of the app, and press the refresh icon near the top. Both of your shows will appear, ready to download.

THINGS TO BRING TO REHEARSAL
Water Bottle that does not leak, Jazz/character shoes, dress code attire. Tablet or device to access Production Pro.
THINGS TO BRING To The Theatre
Reminder to have flesh tone or light colored undergarments for modest changes in an open/shared dressing room space.
Bring a bin with your name on it to keep your items in.
Suggested items in your bin- makeup and hair kits, deodorant, extra undergarments, socks, tights etc. Shoes for the show with your name on them. Bottle of water that doesn’t spill. Clean snacks.
Female actors will need light or flesh colored Dance tights (Not panty hose or thigh highs), flesh tone tank tops/Camisoles, and flesh tone yoga shorts for underneath their costumes. (Hot Box Dancers will also need Silver Yoga Shorts)
Male Actors will need light or flesh colored tank tops and shorts and tall black socks for underneath their costumes.
All Actors will be required to wear black jazz shoes for rehearsal and performance purposes. Hot Box Dancers will also need tan character shoes with soft leather soles, or rubberized bottoms. Salvation Army Female ensemble members can have tan character shoes if they choose. Not required.
