If you/ your performer will not be available for the performance dates, please complete the following form: “Will NOT be performing at Christmasville” form
NOTE: If weather is extreme, we will perform at the Showtime Theatre at the Academy instead. We will send a text about 8AM on Saturday, if it looks like weather will not allow downtown performances outside.

NOTE: Students who miss more than 3 classes October 13th - November, will not be able to perform.
There will be NO classes on Saturday, December 6th, due to our Christmasville performance. See below for details.
IMPORTANT:
ALL students will arrive to the stage in downtown Rock Hill on Saturday, December 6th prior to performances. ALL students will stay behind the stage with Showtime staff during the duration of the performance. ONE adult will pick up your child from behind the stage after all classes have performed.

OPENING CEREMONIES:
Who- Maddie and Elyse’s Academy JTF Team
When- December 4th, 6:00 PM
Where- Fountain Park
Rehearsal dates- Friday, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21 - 6:30-7:30PM
Costumes- Females, your own red and green Christmas top and festive leggings, we will have elf hats, tutus and shoes to add. Males, we have elf costumes for you to try. All actors will want sneakers in their elf shoes.
ACADEMY CLASSES CHRISTMASVILLE PERFORMANCES:
Who- All Students in Performance Classes
(Note- Students who miss more than 3 classes October 13th-November, will not be able to perform.)
When- Saturday, December 6th 10:00-11:00 AM
**Parking your car at 9:00AM, all students at the stage with Showtime at 9:30AM.
**Students MAY NOT leave until all numbers are complete; one adult needs to come behind the stage to pick up student.

Rehearsal Information for ALL Participants-
Friday, December 5th at 3:30PM.
Arrive to the studio for rehearsal at 3:30PM. We will plan to wrap up between 6:00-6:30PM. If you drop your child off for rehearsal, please plan to arrive back to the studio at 6:00PM.
BROADWAY BRUNCH:
Who- Jen and Jen’s STC JTF Team and invited guests
When- Sunday, December 7th - TBD
Where- The Gathering Space behind Kounter
Rehearsals-TBD
Costumes-Wear your black STC T-shirts and black pants, and sneakers. Aprons will be provided.
You can add button “flare” to your apron if you wish.
